But you need the certification.
Those dairies, in my experience, often have hay sources locked in with longstanding relationships.
I'm a bit skeptical you could get a premium for a "one-off" deal. But worth a try. If you call a local organic dairy, price it at a 33% premium and accept anything offered over the conventional price. Take a "single" base hit and build a relationship. | |
