We never have tried it, however it is SUPPOSED to work according to the company. We have been impressed thus far. As it fades, it sure does not seem to look any worse than faded paint. I know that doesn't help a lot. All I can really say is call the company and ask, we were very skeptical from the start, but they sure lived up to their first promise.
