| I wouldn’t get too worried on seed supply yet. If all the PP acres come to fruition then all that seed will be restocked. Also, seed producers have 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before they NIS get dicey. Folks forget that seed producers don’t like to get started until May 10 give or take in a normal year. Overall they are very only running a week to 10 days behind.
All that said... I’m sure you’ll start hearing the doom and gloom stories on seed supply from the seed companies to back up price increases and push for early pay. | |
