I'm having a little trouble with your model if the theoretical yield is 178.4 if we remained at 49% planted. What about the influence of questionable planting conditions, drown outs, fertilizer leaching, lack of heat units, slow emergence and all the other challenges the crop in the ground is facing?
I guess you are only factoring in expected yield based upon planting date.
