yes. And it applies to the actual date the crop is planted after that. So if you are 50% planted on 5/31 and planted 25% on 6/02 that 25% will carry a 2% reduction in your guarantee. If you plant the remaining 25% on 6/04 that 25% will carry a 4% reduction in your guarantee.
