Subject: JD 1795 electric drive one row low population

SWIA
Planting with a Factory built JD1795 24x20" 2017 year. Hydraulic down force, electric drive on each row, Pro 40 meter and regular sensor seed tubes, no speed tube. Population set at 140,000 beans/ac. Row 15 reads 105,000/ac or so, swapped meter box assembly with row 16 and sensor seed tube with row 14, row 15 still low. Ran meter run off on row 14 and 15 caught the 2000 seeds in 5 gallon buckets row 15 was clearly less beans in bucket. Monitor said row 14 spit out 2000 seeds and row 15 spit out 1500. Had lid off top of hopper box during meter run and could see every hole in seed disc had seeds in them while it was running. This leads me to believe the electric motor is not turning enough revolutions to meter out 2000 seeds. How do I calibrate this? Any thoughts on this situation before I call John Deere.
