200 divided by 12 volts is not 25!
200 divided by 13.8 volts is even less amps.
May be some inefficiency but also the inverter is probably very seldom running at 200 watts.
I'm guessing a cube relay will do the job, especially if heavy load on inverter is not applied when relay engages.
