SD/ND/FL		I actually applaud the USDA for trying to minimize crop advantages with this program, but why didn't the wait until late June/July to announce this??

Not including PP in the program will definitely influence planting decisions.

Looks like a win for the seed and/or crop insurance lobbyists and a headwind for prices! Dumb
