Back again, I did replace the bearing in the electric clutch hub, it was still good, but a bit slow. Upon further inspection, we found the driveshaft from the main engine gear case, has a mid rubber mounted bearing, and that was a bit loose, so am replacing that. I think that was causing the vibration that caused the dipstick tube to break. So for those watching, be sure to check that one.
