Firestone 20.8 by 38 Tractor tire has a blister or bulge between the lugs about 1 in by 3 inches. 13 months old less than 200 hours. Tire guy looked at it and saidit would cost me about $300 to get it replaced by warranty. Should I not get full warranty with a tire that new?
