I never said it was easy, but if you think the BTO's are not going to find a way around this cap you live in fairy tale land.....Well managed operations are several steps ahead in managing these loopholes, its just a part of what makes them well managed. Not to make this political in any way, but managing things like this is very similar to what our current president has been doing for 30 years.....
I could show you probably 10 operations within 30 miles who have had a "entity" go bankrupt in the last 5 years. All are laughing all the way to the bank. If well managed, bankruptcy is just another tool to gain personal wealth.
Working in ag retail when you receive checks from the same farmers with a different LLC every year or two opens your eyes. Its all about working the system....
