Subject: One row planting high

Illinois
John Deere 1795 with 40 cell plates. Earlier today it did this on a different row and I swapped a corn mini hopper with a bean row. Reinstalled the plate and away I went. Worked fine for 80 acres and now I have another one doing this. Both times the mini hopper is clear full against the plate. I assume seed is pushing put down the seed tube.

I have read and done all the trouble shooting the book says. Any ideas?
