| Will agree with being too light, especially on the rear. We use to own a 9230. First time we had it on a disc ripper, DMI 530BZ, it powerhopped so bad you literally couldn't put your foot on the clutch to stop it, had to pull the throttle back. Ours had 18.4x38 biased tires.
We weighed it then worked with our tire man to get it balanced right and right air pressure. We made a rear weight bracket that held 18 100# IH front end weights and 4 100# front weights. Also tried not to let the fuel tanker to low. Sorry, don't remember what the tire pressures were.
CIH use tomhave a computer program that would tell you how to ballast & tire pressure for the implements you are using. We had better luck working with our tire man | |
