Last week, we got rained out so I went to our local liquor store to stock up on beer. The store owner was at the cash register and says “I’ve sold more beer to farmers in the last month than I ever remember. They are all waiting to plant until it dries up.” Then he asks me if he should buy corn futures. LOL. The liquor store guy gets it, why doesn’t the CME get it??????
