I recall 08 being different. The flooding down the Cedar started with one massive rain in NE Iowa. This year for SE Iowa it is just a constant rain after rain after rain. I'm not sure anything has been put in the ground in a month. I finally got my garden planted 2 days ago. I had a 6 hour window to mud it in. That nights 30% chance turned into a 6 hour and 2" rain.
