If PP was last resort. Couldn't you figure what their 1/3 of the PP payment would be for that farm along with their 1/3 of the premium and work something out?
Crop ins will only pay you on your share. So in most cases 66% are you really gonna give them 33% out of your 66% if they don't carry their own crop ins? If they choose not to carry crop ins, I'm sorry but they gambled and just lost for this year. Not the farmers fault. Just a bad circumstance for them. |
