We have the handler 3, seems to work fine. There isn’t much suction if you have main valve bypassed, noticed that when we first got it and was trying to get familiar with it. Turn valve down toward venturi and is noticeable suction difference. 400 gal of water for 5 gal 24D, should definitely have more suction i’d say, also noticeable pressure difference for tank fill, rinse, and jug rinse with valve bypassed or not. more pressure on those, more suction on totes, just my experience.
