Subject: Re: 15 vs 30 inch rows

Lot's of people around me have gone back to 30's the last few years. Narrow and drilled hasn't had any advantage for several years in my area (east mo prairie)----maybe just a climate pattern we're going through. With seed savings and equipment savings on the 30's, narrow has to have a decent yield increase to pay the extra cost. 16 and 24 row JDNT planters chew through the notil acres in a hurry, and are easier to handle with less tractor than the narrow row planters.
