You can tell the professionals by the number of cattle processed per hour. Nice. I love your area.
I'm not to sure about that. I see 22 people (not counting kids) in the first picture, 460 ÷ 22 ÷ 4 hours = just over 5 head.
I'm sure the 4 hours included 2 round ups, 2 sorts and probably one panel move and set up. Plus the privilege of drinking some cold ones with your friends makes it that much better.
