Set the baud rate as high as it can go, but not over 115,200 for an Integra. If your baud rate is high enough, there is no harm in turning everything on. If your baud rate is not high enough, turn on only what you need.

GGA is position. It is required. It needs to be 5 Hz at minimum. 10Hz is preferred.
VTG is speed. It is required, Even with position, the map will not move without speed. It needs to be 5 Hz at minimum. 10 Hz is preferred.

Those two will get you functional.

GSV and GSA are necessary if you want to see the sky plot, or need to see satellite signal strength readings for diagnostic purposes. Unsure of the rate, but I believe 1 Hz would be adequate.

I believe ZDA is time/date info (display "set to GPS date/time" button does not work if this is not enabled).

GLL, and RMC I am not certain about, off the top of my head.
