McAfee is no longer a strong antivirus program (and McAfee himself is a mess, check out his recent personal life). If this is a business computer, I would recommend a "next-gen AV" such as Crowdstrike or, if you're mainly using the Internet, make sure your browser is updated and you install security patches.
