We used to battle these small leaks every year where the two halves come together. Eventually we carefully ground the rivets off and then used small bolts with flat washers to pull the two sides tightly together and that has solved the problem for many years for us. I think the fiberglass flexes every time you pressurize the hopper and loosens the rivets.
