Near-north Ontario, French River | The email from the advisor
is a PDF file, with 'secure' pdf files attached. The access the email ( im guessing its encrypted??) i enter an additional password, that was previously relayed to me over the phone.. When I open the email after entering the password,,,, on my cell the entire email opens including the "secure" pdf documents, when I open it on my lap top the email opens but the "secure" files aren't attached. I have the email saved to my laptop HD,,, if I try to open the file, while offline, it still requires me to enter the password to access the file, so I'm assuming the 'secure' part of it ( encryption?) is embedded in the file itself.? |
