Missouri | You just need to get into the summary screen and set it up the first time. If you set your options right, it will automatically generate reports when you close application events, and store those reports on internal memory. Then you just have to press the "export stored reports" button to export all stored reports.
The data is in there, but you have to do something to trigger the report generation. You can also go in at the end of the year, and if you set the options right, make it export all reports for the entire growing season. I have a customer that does all his record keeping at the end of the season, and calls me up there to do that. It usually takes his Incommand about 15 minutes to spit out 200 reports. Naturally, for custom work and billing, you will want them sooner. I think setting it to auto-generate the reports would be your best option. | |
