What are you trying to plant? If your running 99% singulation and no skips then I’d keep your vacuum that high. When I’m planting corn I usually have mine in the ballpark of 20 to 15 just depends on humidity and temperature outside. With down force that can vary field to field pass by pass one good way to check is get out with planter down after you have planted a bit and see if you can spin gauge wheels if so how easy is it to turn should turn with little resistance to ground
