Got 70 acres for sale in my neighborhood I’d like to farm if I could find a buyer. I believe they want $8,000 an acre for it. 60-65 acres is tillable and it could be split into 3 sellable parcels for building lots later.
It does need tiled.
I’d be willing to rent it on a share crop basis and install tile for free if land owner would pay for all the tile.
Better you buy it than an investor...farms should be owned by farmers...a couple investors bought several farms around here and one of there tenants always would say "i'll have the investor buy it and then farm it" .....fast forward-land increased in value substantially and "investor" has been selling
