Subject: Trimble guidance line converting to Deere

NW Iowa
Pretty common question but lots of opinions out there, does anyone know the easiest solution for converting a Trimble made guidance track to Deere? I am running a Deere Gen4 4640 and wasn’t sure what would be the easiest way to get the line close on a half mile east-west line bordering the neighbors trimble planted field. Instead of going through all the hassles of bringing in to SMS I have 2 questions. 1. Can a small heading correction of -0.04 be put in to correct this? (Ex: 90.0000 to 89.9600) 2. With this correction will it make a difference doing east/west guidance lines vs. north south guidance lines? I have heard a correction for N/S lines only but was not sure on this.

Any experts or guys with more experience on this I would be happy to hear, thanks!
