No, you can punch holes where your posts are going to be to hold the rail which will hold the loops.
For The rear curb, you can drill or punch holes every 2-3 feet and insert rerod in the cement to hold the curb in place. If you have a spot where you are going to be pushing up against the rear curb with a skid loader, then you may want to take a section of the floor so the curb has more strength.
