About a month ago but the bullet and replaced our Kenmore with a Bosch. It does excellent job cleaning,. But there is no heating element and water remains on dishes. 2 hr 20 min wash cycle is ok,. But even waiting several hours after cycle finished, still water exists.
I've never owned a dishwasher that got dishes 100% dry. Moving on.....
Use the extra dry setting if your model has it. Run it at night, let it sit until the next day if possible. A couple hours won't cut it no matter what you do. Use rinse aid and set it to use more than the minimum. Go through the book and actually go by the recommendations. When researching the Bosch, that's the one thing that kept coming up in reviews, message boards, etc....read the book, do as it says.
Only thing I occasionally have moisture on is plastics or anything that has a spot for water to sit on top. Dishes are never damp, silverware are never damp, pans might only be wet on the handle once in a great while.
