I’ll preface this with my usual: I am not a fan tariffs, I think there were others ways to get a better trade deal. Now that that’s out of the way. Filing a grievance before the WTO? Pfffftttt.

China pretty much thumbed their noses at things that were agreed to in the early 2000s. The booking then canceling loads on beans, finding “something” in other commodities....everyone knew they were just playing games.

If the WTO had some more bite and could enforce a penalty, then ,yes let’s use that. That would be more along the lines of using our other trading partners to isolate China. It would take a pretty good leader to herd those cats....still could be done, just not quick and easy to win......I’ll just let that soak.
