Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I’ve done this with Ag Leader displays. I created a configuration for planting with a narrow planter such as a two row. You want it narrow but not too narrow. I chose a crop we don’t plant like peanuts. I named the varieties as old main, 5”, 8”, etc. I would switch “varieties” as I drove over the lines. I would start/stop the mapping with the on screen icon. This map can be processed like a planting map and saved, printed on paper etc I printed mine out and added hand written notes while the items were fresh in my mind. Sometimes it is helpful to have a variety named Outside where you drive around the outside of the field to make a picture frame for reference. |
