Yes they are going under trying sell product lines to other companies which I will not mention names of. They lost a lawsuit against Basf last year over generic headline. I’m sure that wasn’t what took them down but I’m sure it didn’t help. They are like several generic manufacturers. Same motive make a lot don’t sell much then need to move sell at or below cost and repeat.
