The mexican joints are the “mom and pop” restaurants here. We have 4 mexican restaurants, 2 bbq places, and a donut palace. Mexican restaurants have a very large menu, probably more in the American food section of the menu than most regular diner type places, and then lets add 50 items on the mexican side of the menu and they got tres leches cake for desert.
