Here, that would be a "Do Over" . . . . . county and state would make'em grind off and repaint. May even make them chip seal the ground off strip first.

ETA: Oh, I though maybe they moved the curve to the "upside" - nope, just like the drivers, the striping truck to the inside of the corner. We do traffic control (delineators) and grading to force traffic to the up side or outside of the curve. Keeps maintenance expense/time down.
