Southeast South Dakota | I have used AT&T cellular service for my household internet off cell phones for atleast 10 years now - used to be unlimited alltel - then grandfathered over when AT&T came into South Dakota - but I gave that up and switched to Cricket Wireless (uses AT&T towers) and for the past 3 or 4 years have had unlimited and now 8Mbps speed - still happy - have several neighbors doing the same thing
