Subject: Seed treatment fungicide slowing germination?

Been running some experimental germ tests on corn with additional fungicides (captan, mefenoxam, pyraclostrobin) and germination is slower than the checks. I had to do some math to find the rates for my tests and think I applied label rates but I could have been off. Has anybody else seen something like this?
