My vote is for totally tubular. My problem with the keeton and starter was.... about once or twice per year , something would drag in the john deere press wheels and the keeton would get pushed to the side and rub against the back of a gauge wheel. didn't take long and the little fertilizer tube gets a hole worn in it. then the gauge wheel proceeds to spread 10-34-0 all over. Not a hard fix, but gotta go wash everything (on that row) off. I used them on a 1760 jd 12 row for about 6 years til I traded planters. I now use L&D's version of totally tubular.
