Hillsboro, TN | I have been in the same boat as you. I have been having chemical custom applied with chemicals that the Co-op has in stock. That is changing this year. I already have an order placed with an independent chemical guy. My co-op only carries branded Liberty. I ordered generic this year and only gonna be paying a little over half price of what I have been, on that chemical alone. I feel I have a better chemical program this year than in the past for less $$/ac. I've even budgeted for a fungicide/insecticide application this year whereas I've never applied it before because I'm always already over budget. I have a deal working to buy a used sprayer right now. Figure I'll almost pay for it this year! | |
