We do it, and run about 20 mph with it.  It does have a little bit of trouble hunting the line, and I'll bet it wouldn't do to well on curves.  It works great in flat square fields, though.  There's about 3" of drift at that speed, so we set a 6" overlap just in case.  I can tell you that we rarely get out the pickup sprayer without putting the ez-steer motor on.
