NW Iowa | Drugs of choice for ecoli here are either Gentacin or equisul in water. Kavault or Mecadox in feed. Baytril injectable for spot treating. If the whole works is scouring bad and dropping dead on you remove feed for a day (nuclear option) and then start them back up with a little rolled oats followed by their regular feed. Next group run a water vaccine which gives around 8 days of protection. | |
