Have a US farming mate, took us a while to sort out that a combine was what I used to sow grain with before I had an air seeder.

A header was the whole harvesting machine, not just the wide bit on front.

Also, we harvest grain, you head it [maybe!] and we drive on the right side of the road, which of course is the LEFT.
