Where are feral cats in short supply, Vietnam or China maybe? Animal rescue groups wanted to bring in dogs from another country when refugees were being put in refugee camps. Yep, a bunch of dogs were abandoned because their owners were killed or had to flee their homes and that's a real tragedy...someone needs to fly those dogs to America so they can be adopted???
