https://lb.511ia.org/ialb/ is your major source of Iowa road information and has links to Illinois and Nebraska road condition maps. Looks like I-80 from Davenport to Omaha is open as of now, noon Sunday. Don't try I680 to the north of Omaha, its been closed for a couple days by flooding.
