We have a walk through gate at the base of the loading chute. Truckers seem to like that gate. I have been thinking of putting a slide type gate at top of chute. Something we could close if a steer gets turned around, better than having them come back down the chute.
Does anyone have any pics of a spring plate? I need to do something on our heavy wooden chute.
