Subject: soil ph

west central indiana
rented new farm this year and just got back soil test. it was grid sampled 2, 5 grids. ph ran all 7 to 7,5 . ground is sandy loam and clay timber soil. landlord said it had not been limed for longtime and had planned to do it this year before seeing test. what kind of issues will I have with this high of a ph ? does this tie up nutrients I know some chemicals are ph sensitive. never ran into this before on widespread area 150 acres
