Nebraska

They had a helicopter getting people and landing in Pawnee Park but I have not seen it flying in the last 20 minutes as it has been windy. There are still many people trapped. There right now is no way out of Columbus that I know of with creeks flooding and water over the road. The city should be fine as long ss the levy holds.
