Different stuff. It sounds like they held back 196 acres that their family had homesteaded back in the 1800's from last years sale. That is what was on auction today.
I'm guessing they thought they might be able to figure out their finances enough to hold on to it, but evidently failed. When I talked to the auction company earlier this week, the impression I got was this was a forced sale.
