| 60,000 cubic feet per second. Had several inches worth of water in the snow pack, that was melted basically in no time by 2 inches of rain. On frozen ground so nothing absorbed. Plus culverts froze shut or restricted, and ice jams on the rivers/creeks making them do wacky unpredictable things. Then the Spencer dam broke and some other levies broke so it all just snowballed into a big mess. Plus the panhandle got 1-2ft of snow, so they got hammered, nice sunny weather coming so that will be melting fast and headed this way soon. | |
