Butterfield, MN | Another possiblility, not knowing anything about exactly how it's locking up, is that the software you have on it might be causing the issue you are seeing. Raven is going to be releasing a new version of software within the next few days for the Viper Pro, from what I hear. If the issue you are seeing has to do with that and not the touch screen, it would be a good idea to try that before trying to send your Viper Pro in for repair. All of this is assuming that you actually have a Viper Pro, and not a standard Viper. | |
