Subject: Update - crypto exchange lost access to $190 million, when CEO 'Died'

NS Canada
So back in early February a local company made headlines when the owner 'suddenly died'. He was managing a crypto currency exchange, he was apparently the only one with the password and was running it off of his laptop - which was said to be unable to be cracked and the money recovered.

Now they are saying the laptop has been cracked - and the money is gone. (seems to always be the case - that things are un-crackable, until the right people need into them)

Money gone - https://www.theregister.co.uk/2019/03/07/quadrigacx_crypto_wallets_e...

I found it odd when the story broke that his wife had quickly jumped into action within a day or 2 to shuffle assets around, so they couldnt be seized by investor claims. But like most news stories, It had no affect on me so I kind of forgot about it. Now with the revelation that the money is gone, they're questioning whether or not he is really dead. He supposdely died in India - but they are known for providing fake death certificates for the right price.

Hospital issues statement on his death - https://www.chepicap.com/en/news/7231/indian-hospital-describes-deat...

So there's going to be a lot more to come on this I'm sure, because if he really is dead - where did the money go first?
